Juniors:

There will be a course and transition familiarisation session run atthe Recreation Grounds at 3.45pm on  Thursday 15th March where event and Sport Waikato staff will walk the course and give some top tips on transition set up and skills.

Seniors/ Adults:

If you would like to participate in some specific swim or bike training and join a group page to find people to train with then please  register your interest below.  You will receive information about specific swim and bike training opportunities and general health and nutrition tips by email.  You can also ask questions and find training partners.  If you want to use the triathlon as your motivation to get fit then we recommend the Green Prescription where you can get individualised support around nutrition and health too. This gives you the option of participating in the Twelve Week Challenge as well so you can get fit and stay fit!
