There will be a course and transition familiarisation session run at the Recreation Grounds at 5.00pm on  Thursday 18th March where event volunteers will give some top tips on transition set up and skills and show you the course. Tis is intended as a confidence booster for those new to triathlon and is mainly for juniors but any adults wanting some confidence are welcome to attend also.
